About Farrell Pool Service
Farrell Pool Service began repairing and renovating pools in 1978. They quickly developed a niche servicing and repairing the pools that no one else would. While other companies specialized in new pool construction, they took on the problem pools that many considered un-repairable. Fixing caved in pool walls, floating swimming pool liners, in ground swimming pool leaks of every type became their specialty. When they began building new pools in the mid 80's they knew better than anyone the critical elements of proper swimming pool construction.
Today, Farrell Pool Service remains true to their original roots. They no longer build new pools. They focus solely on delivering the highest quality swimming pool renovation, repair, and maintenance in the area. Their clients are assured there are no pool problems they have not encountered and resolved. Their commitment to 100% customer satisfaction, coupled with their unmatched experience guarantees a happy and satisfied pool owner.
Derek Farrell is now the General Manager of Farrell Pool Service. He has grown up working on swimming pools and is now using his 20 plus years of experience taking the company forward
William Farrell, the founder of Farrell Pool Service, can still be found in the office most days during the season. He assists Derek with advice based upon his decades of experience.
Richard Farrell has been repairing swimming pools for over 40 years. He is a PHTA Certified Service Technician. Rick is our leak expert and specializes in pool heaters, remote controls, and salt systems.
Chris Shannon, after 30 years in the field, is now the full time Service Manager. He is available to troubleshoot problems, schedule repairs, and dispatch our technicians.
Justin French, Brian Connor, Sam Adams, Justin Charest, Sean Malonson and Steve Wyman have well over 100 years of experience between them. They are great mentors and role models for the younger technicians now working for the company.
Hollie and Julia ably handle the office duties. Billing, payroll and other tasks are expertly managed with their help. They have both become first rate pool pros over the years as well and can often answer technical questions. They welcome the opportunity to help you.
